Our Trainings

Tobacco Marijuana & E-Cigarettes Course (TMEC)

TMEC was developed by Certified Prevention Specialists in partnership with schools, law enforcement, treatment and medical providers in Oregon to educate youth and adults (ages 13 and above) about the consequences of substance use and impaired driving.

Curriculum updates are available to existing TMEC instructors who have already undergone an instructor training taught by CLEAR Alliance Staff. Individuals who request to purchase the updated TMEC kit will have their application reviewed by CLEAR Alliance staff to ensure they have already undergone a CLEAR Alliance TMEC instructor training. Financial assistance is available when purchasing the updated curriculum as long as a minimum contribution of 20-50% is made by the instructor or agency towards the new TMEC kit.
