Phoebe Secor is one of CLEAR Alliance’s Project Directors and Teen Marijuana Education Course instructors. She joined our team in May 2018 as Outreach Coordinator, with a goal to further enhance CLEAR’s connections with our local Redmond community. She subsequently progressed to her current position as Educational Supervisor in October 2018, with her primary focus being the coordination of our Redmond Area Community Coalition and continued local outreach. She is also a member of Leadership Redmond – Class of 2019.

Phoebe is passionate about youth work and drug education, and previously worked as a Therapeutic Advisor and House Manager at New Leaf Academy, a therapeutic boarding school for girls. Here, she managed a caseload of youth aged between 10 and 15, as well as supervising staff in the home. Prior to this, she was a regional interviewer for an international cultural exchange program ‘Camp America’, connecting candidates in her region with seasonal positions at summer camps across the US. She also spent four summers at Camp Walden in northern Michigan, acting first as a cabin counselor and horseback riding instructor, and later becoming the Assistant Riding Director.

Phoebe is originally from the United Kingdom, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol. She graduated in 2014 and relocated to Central Oregon in 2015. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Counseling in both clinical and school counseling.
