Diversity – diversity is the range of human differences

Equity – the quality of being fair and impartial

Inclusion – the act of including; feeling valued and welcomed

Statement:
CLEAR Alliance is committed to a diverse and equitable Oregon where all residents have fair access (inclusion) to opportunities to learn, work, prosper and reach their full potential. This includes humans of all ethnicity/race, class, age, gender, or sexual orientation.
Policy:

Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. The collective sum of the individual
differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, unique capabilities, and talent that our
employees invest in their work represents a significant part of not only our culture, but our
reputation and company’s achievement as well.

We commit to the following practices to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture:

  • Practice and encourage transparent communication in all interactions.
  • Lead with respect and tolerance. We expect all employees to embrace this notion and to
    express it in workplace interactions and through everyday practices.
  • We will create and maintain an environment where our employees feel comfortable
